Return Eligibility<\/h3>\r\n

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\r\n

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\r\n

We may grant partial refunds in the following cases:<\/p>\r\n

     Refunds are only available for regular priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items.<\/p>\r\n

     Exchanges<\/h3>\r\n

     We will replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, please send us an email.<\/p>\r\n

     Shipping<\/h3>\r\n

     Email your return information to sales@toolsandmachinery.co.uk<\/a>, and we will provide the correct warehouse address for your return.<\/p>\r\n

     You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.<\/p>\r\n

     Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.<\/p>\r\n

     For items valued over \u00a375, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.<\/p>\r\n
