Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

We may grant partial refunds in the following cases:


Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to appear in your account.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Refunds are only available for regular priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items.


We will replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, please send us an email.


Email your return information to, and we will provide the correct warehouse address for your return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Please note, a restocking fee may apply for returned items (excluding broken, incorrect, or faulty items).
